Los Angeles and New York based makeup artist Noa Bolozky began her career over a dozen years ago when she first began working in independent, feature films. A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Noa had worked previously as a makeup artist for runway shows throughout Boston and New York City. Noa’s move to the entertainment world came with her first feature, “Naked With Loons”, in 1998.
In 2003 Noa became a regional artist with Becca Cosmetics, and in 2004, was named a National Artist, traveling the United States promoting the brand and introducing women of the media, press, and consumers, to this unique new line. Throughout this time, Noa continued her work in the entertainment industry with feature films and national commercial spots. Her most recent film, The First Time directed by Jon Kasdan, follows a series of similar, independent projects, including the feature film, Stolen Lives, as well as a variety of pilot projects. Noa continues to work extensively with feature and commercial directors such as Marc Pellington, (The Mothman Prophesies) Vadim Perelman, (The House of Sand and Fog) and Tarsem, (The Cell).

Today Noa’s work can be most often seen in the world of commercials and television promos. She counts among her regular clients, TBS, TNT, BRAVO, NBC, DISCOVERY Channel, Sundance Channel, FX, The Travel Channel, FUSE, VH1, and many more. She has created the makeup looks for promo spots and print campaigns for Launch My Line, Shear Genius, Black.White, Top Chef, Top Chef: Desserts, Top Design, The A-List Awards, Going Platinum, The Critics Choice Awards, Investigation Discovery, What's My Car Worth, The Real Estate Secret, The Real Housewives, The Shahs of Sunset, The VH1 Rock Honors, ESPN, and many more. She has also designed and executed the makeup for film and print campaigns for Mercedes Benz, Hotwire, Miss America, Mountain Dew, Diet Coke, Kia, Chevy, Budweiser, Clinique, Murad, Johnny Walker, All State, Kayak, and innumerable others.

Noa also continues to pursue a career in fashion and print, and counts among her clients, L.A. based designer Jenny Han, for whom she has designed makeup looks for 6 seasons, the Los Angeles based “Body Doubles” modeling agency, as well as renowned, Italian based photographer Carlo Bistolfi, with whom she regularly shoots for the Italian catalog market. Noa is currently repped by Warren Tricomi Management.
