TBDress Giveaway!

Happy Friday All! I'm so excited to bring you my latest giveaway: this maxi by TBDress which I've had the pleasure of styling for both day and night this past week!

 

Last Saturday I had augmented the crisp white of my maxi dress with browns and taupes here. For the following Sunday dinner I went monochromatic. Black, white, and bronze.

I paired snakeskin patterned heels with bronze chandelier earrings, and a black and white bag and blazer to round it out. (I've been loving the frayed, messy pony as a quick, deconstructed look to offset tailored garments. To achieve this, use hot rollers to add a quick bit of volume. Then pull the hair up towards the top of your head. Secure with elastic and then fray the edges with a teasing brush or comb. The softer and more frayed, the better it looks).

Runway Report: Report Giveaway!

Happy Friday Ladies! Who's ready for another giveaway!

Today is my wedding anniversary, and I'm so full of happiness that I just wanted to share a little of it. I can't clone my amazing husband, but I can do the next best thing--give away a pair of heels! (After all, what makes a gal happier than a free pair of new kicks)?

 

This is Report's Tayla heel, and I'm a big fan of this brand. After purchasing several pairs I've found Report heels to be unbelievably comfortable and super chic to boot! 
 
When I got these babies I was so pleased because as we all know, the military green trend in jackets and outerwear has kept on strong for the past two seasons, and is equally active for spring. (In fact I just wrapped a photo shoot for a big, LA ready-to-wear line and army green was a staple in their 9/30 deliveries).

 

Now that winter is over we can start swapping out booties for heels. And what better way than to add a favorite trend color into the mix? Enter the Tayla. A groovy combination of leather and wood wrapped heel for spring. ( Have you gals noticed how often the traditional, pointy-toe heel is rearing its head again)?

I love green on green. Olive is super versatile and you can match it to any neutral.

These Taylas are a great transition shoe. There's a heel, (but not too much heel). The sky-high, stacked heels we saw during the winter are great for photos and parties but they're not that practical to trundle around in all day long. These Taylas are under three inches and infinitely wearable.
