It's been a crazy start to the new year, and an even crazier start to this entire month of February. Beyond the daily logistics of constant shooting and a crazy work schedule, I decided to move, (which is officially over as of today)! Coupled with two weeks of intense flu, I never thought I'd be able to get back on the horse and blog about anything. But today marks my return to the things I love, which happens to include penning this blog. So if you're still reading Sunsetand5th after all the lapses in posting, I sincerely thank you!
I'm thrilled to finally be settling into my new "hood". One of the first things I did after the movers left was to peek into some local shops on a break from unpacking boxes. These "sweatpants" in the thinnest, softest imaginable fabric were a must. I felt ready to take on organization, work flow, and whatever else the week had to throw at me, provided I stayed in these cozies all day long!
After a dozen wonderful years in Westwood, I'm ready to make new memories here in Santa Monica. I hope the next few months brings creativity and joy. Thanks for hanging in, and don't forget that this week is the last to enter my AdoreMe giveaway!
