Chain Gang: Beaded Jacket

Hello Lovelies!

Welcome to "The Chain Gang"! This is where multiple, fashion bloggers swap one item of clothing and show our faithful readers how to style it in various ways. I've been a member of the chain gang three times now at my co-authored blog, Secondhandstar.com. But today I'm delighted to re-join from my new blog and introduce three amazingly talented, new bloggers to our growing list!

This latest chain began with a vintage top that I altered at Secondhand Star last winter. After creating an open, swing coat, it was sent from me and my partner Tanya to 6 other fashion bloggers, each with their own wonderful and unique styling interpretation!

 

For this particular outfit, I thought it might be fun to wear this number backwards. So I did, and belted it with another vintage item, (a butterfly belt from my long-ago, design days). I added a single, color element: lemon yellow, (in kitten heels and the butterfly detail) and was out the door with my fellow fashionista Tanya, for dinner on the town!
